Yes, I’m normally zenful and don’t allow external circumstances or situations to change my internal terrain or piss me off, but from time to time it does happen… I get angry.

Anger serves a very meaningful purpose. I’ve found that for me, anger normally means there is an unresolved issue or an inability to communicate/share my feelings clearly.

In this very candid, vulnerable video I share how I deal with anger.  I hope it helps you deal with your emotions too.
