What you need

½ c Brazil nuts
2 c water
nut bag or several layers of cheesecloth (optional)
½ c chia seeds
¼ c unsweetened cacao powder (optional)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp maple syrup

Optional: berries, nuts and/or coconut for topping
