The Relationship of Hormonal Imbalance and Digestive Issues

In this video, I explain the 3 key areas that need to be addressed when attempting to correct the common imbalances of fatigue, stubborn fat and brain fog.

Common symptoms of feeling sick, tired, fat and/or depressed are often attempted to be remedied as an individual problem, with little success, while these three key functions are responsible for your imbalances and are intertwined.

In this video I explain that we need to address hormones, inflammation and digestion together to correct these stubborn health issues.

When only one area is addressed, results (if any) will only be temporary. In order to gain more energy, sleep better, shed stubborn weight and have mental clarity, we must address the three largest contributing factors at once, not individually.

Here are some ways to start (that I explain further in the video):

    1. Increase fiber + water intake
    2. Eliminate inflammatory foods
    3. Increase good quality fats
    4. Reduce cortisol (stress)
    5. Eliminate caffeine
    6. Ensure adequate amounts of Vitamin D
    7. Get proper and good quality sleep
